‘એકસરખા દિવસ સુખના …’ કાવ્યમાં કવિ પ્રભુલાલ દ્વિવેદીએ માનવજીવનનું ઊંડું ચિંતન રજૂ કરીને જીવનનું સનાતન સત્ય સમજાવ્યું છે. કવિ કહે છે કે માનવીએ ક્યારેય અભિમાન ન કરવું, કારણ કે અભિમાન કરવાથી મનુષ્ય પોતાનું જ માન ગુમાવે છે. ધન-સંપત્તિ કદી સાથે આવતી નથી.
ખાલી હાથે આવ્યા છીએ અને ખાલી હાથે જ જવાનું છે. આ સત્યને યથાર્થ રીતે સમજીએ તો “જે ખીલે છે એ એક દિવસ અવશ્ય કરમાય છે, જેનું સર્જન થાય છે તેનો અવશ્ય સંહાર થાય છે. જે મનુષ્ય પોતાની સિદ્ધિને કારણે અભિમાની બને છે એ ચોક્કસ નિષ્ફળ જાય છે.”
એટલે કે “ઊંચી નીચી ફર્યા કરે જીવનની ઘટમાળ, ભરતી તેની ઓટ છે ઓટ પછી જુવાળ’ આ કુદરતના ક્રમને કોઈ પલટાવી શકતું નથી. આપણું ધારેલું કદી થતું નથી, ઈશ્વરનું ધારેલું જ થાય છે. માટે અહંકાર છોડીને ઈશ્વરની સર્વોપરિતાનો સ્વીકાર કરવો.
In the poem 'Eksarkha Divas Sukhna...' poet Prabhulal Dwivedi has explained the eternal truth of life by presenting a deep reflection on human life. The poet says that a person should never be proud, because by being proud, a person loses his own respect. Wealth never comes together.
We have come empty-handed and will leave empty-handed. If we understand this truth in a real way, "Whatever flourishes must be done one day, what is created must be destroyed." A man who becomes proud of his achievement is bound to fail.”
That is, “High and low, the life cycle moves, the tide is its oat, oat then yoke.” No one can reverse this order of nature. Our plans never happen, God's plans do. So leave the ego and accept the supremacy of God.
