For example, even a simple job like that of a security guard at a mall can be made pleasant and dignified if the guard smiles and says ‘Thank you’ or ‘Good morning’ every time he/she checks a person.
A sweeper’s job can also be made more dignified if he/she just nods and smiles at passers-by or helps them if they are in need.
