Best answer

Given : T1 = 30K, T2= 120K

The mean square speed v2 = \(\frac{3RT}{M_o}\)

∴ \(\frac{v_1^2}{v_2^2} =\frac{T_1}{T_2}\) for given gas

∴ \(\frac{v_1^2}{v_2^2} =\frac{30K}{120K}\) = \(\frac14\)

\(\frac14\) is the ratio
