Dear Aniket
I was happy to receive your letter and learn about your new pet that is a dog. Dogs are really good pets and the way you described him, it feels as if he is very obedient. You have asked me to write about my new pet, its habits etc.
Well, my pet is really an unusual one. My dad bought it just a month ago from New York. It is a platypus. It is a little weird but really cute. It is bluish green in colour, has strange eyes, a cute nose and a flat mouth like swan. My platypus is also well trained. We usually keep it open but it has a small house in the garden which my brother and I built with love. My brother loves me more, and therefore has been given the responsibility of bathing, while it is mine to take him for morning chores. Initially we didn't know what to give it to eat so we fed it with dog food and trust me, my platypus loves it. He also loves eggs but we give him eggs only once a week. My platypus doesn't do anything special except to play some melodious music by licking its tail on the floor. We all play with it a lot and it's really wonderful when we come back from school. I love my pet very much. I needed a little help from you. We haven't finalized any names yet, so if you can think of some cool names , please do inform me.
