1) This is a double displacement reaction.
2) Zinc Oxide is an inorganic compound with formula ZnO.
3)  It is insoluble in water.
4) When Zinc oxide reacts with hydrochloric acid it forms zinc chloride and water.
5) It also leads in the formation of small bubbles of hydrogen.

Chemical Equation: 
ZnO + HCl → ZnCl2 + H2O.
